To use our services, healthcare providers must create an account with accurate and complete information.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes
  • Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content

  • Violate HIPAA or other healthcare regulations
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Use the service to harass or harm others

5. Healthcare Provider Responsibilities

Healthcare providers using SendItSecured agree to:

  • Obtain proper patient consent before sending messages
  • Use the platform only for legitimate healthcare communications
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance in their practices
  • Sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) if required
  • Keep patient information accurate and up to date

6. HIPAA Compliance

SendItSecured is designed to support HIPAA compliance. However:

  • Healthcare providers remain responsible for their own HIPAA compliance
  • Proper consent must be obtained before transmitting protected health information (PHI)
  • Users must follow their organization's privacy and security policies

7. Fees and Payment

Subscription Fees: Service fees are based on your selected plan. Fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed.

Payment: Payment is due according to your subscription terms. We may suspend services for non-payment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on SendItSecured are owned by Clearview Infotech. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Disclaimers

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Medical Advice: SendItSecured is a communication platform, not a medical service. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
